摘要
在陶瓷产业几十年的高速发展中,喷雾干燥器造粒工艺技术及装备在原料制备环节内占据着主体。但其造价昂贵、能耗较高。如今全球能源短缺,随着国家相关政策的陆续出台,“清洁生产、节能减排”等发展理念深入人心,建陶企业纷纷向着“环保、绿色生产”转型。湿法制粉已很难符合当今企业生产的需要,陶瓷原料制备有往干法方向发展的趋势,干法制粉工艺也为陶瓷产业带来转型升级的新契机。本文介绍了干法制粉工艺的发展情况、工艺流程和技术要点,介绍了GZJ连续滚筒式增湿造粒机的性能与主要参数,并通过试验研究造粒机主轴偏心率对造粒效果的影响。
With the rapid development of ceramic industry for decades,spray dryer granulation technology and equipment occupy the main part in the raw material preparation.But its cost is expensive and energy consumption is high.Nowadays,the global energy shortage,with the introduction of relevant national policies,“clean production,energy saving and emission reduction”and other development concepts deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the construction of pottery enterprises have to“environmental protection,green production”transformation.Wet powder processing has been difficult to meet the needs of the production of today’s enterprises,ceramic raw material preparation has a trend to the direction of dry development,dry powder processing technology also brings new opportunities for the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry.This paper introduces the development,process flow and technical key points of dry powder process,introduces the performance and main parameters of GZJ continuous drum humidifying granulator,and studies the influence of spindle eccentricity of granulator on granulation effect through experiments.
