As a basic unit of society,community is regarded as an important platform for implementing urban grassroots governance.The location of Community Party-Masses Service Center is selected mainly on community units,and the reasonable one generates a practical effect on building a better urban life for residents.It is also of great significance to activate community vitality and to improve city image.By taking advantage of existing distribution data of Tianjin Hexi District Community Party-Masses Service Centers,and by combining specific community residents′demand,and also via ArcGIS spatial analysis software,the paper has conducted correlation analysis on coverage,path length as well as supply and demand ratio,and has made a quantitative evaluation on the distribution characteristics of Tianjin Hexi District community Party-masses service centers thus offering corresponding promotion strategies.
