摘要 为了降低蓄电池组核对性充放电过程中的人力需求,减小变电站设备运行维护成本,对远程充放电技术进行了研究。基于复合模型设计了铅酸蓄电池在自动化充放电过程中的荷电状态(SOC)预估模型,该模型采用卡尔曼滤波算法以最小均方误差作为误差函数。以充放电过程中电压、电流、温度等信号的当前观测值、前一时刻估计值进行系统状态更新,从而实现预测SOC的变化,为远程的充放电控制提供决策数据。为验证该模型的有效性,设计了蓄电池组远程充放电监控系统。该系统由通讯模块、信号采集模块和中央控制模块组成,可以实现对于单节蓄电池的信号采集和实时监控。最终在该系统上进行模型仿真,软件代码由Matlab的Simulink自动生成。仿真结果表明,所设计的SOC预估模型误差可以达到10e-3数量级,能够满足实际生产中的预估需求。 In order to reduce the manpower requirement during the verification charging and discharging process of the battery pack,and reduce the operation and maintenance cost of substation equipment,the remote charging and discharging technology is researched in this article.Based on the composite model,the state of charge(SOC)estimation model of the lead-acid battery in the automated charging and discharging process is designed.The model uses the Kalman filter algorithm,takes the minimum mean square error as the error function.The current observation values of temperature and other signals and the estimated values at the previous time are updated in the system state,so as to predict the change of SOC and provide decision data for remote charge and discharge control.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,the article also designs a battery pack remote charging and discharging monitoring system,which is composed of a communication module,a signal acquisition module and a central control module,and can realize signal acquisition and real-time monitoring of a single battery.Finally,a model simulation is performed on the system,and the software code is automatically generated by Simulink of Matlab.The simulation results show that the estimated error of the SOC estimation model designed in the article can reach the order of 10e-3,which can meet the estimated demand in actual production.
