摘要
目的:设计一种多功能医疗后送模拟训练装置,以提高后送环境中的综合救护效能。方法:该装置主要由硬件部分与软件部分组成。硬件部分包含上、下平台和高频六自由度并联装置。其中高频六自由度并联装置由电动缸、连接杆和交流伺服电动机组成。软件部分包含控制系统及计算机、控制器。整个装置通过高频六自由度并联装置借助6个电动缸的伸缩完成上平台在6个自由度(X、Y、Z,α、β、γ)的运动,从而模拟出各种空间运动姿态。结果:使用该装置进行直升机、救护车2种模式的静脉留置针输液技术专项训练后,护理人员的适应性、稳定性、穿刺成功率均明显提高,操作用时也明显缩短。结论:该训练装置模拟逼真、经济方便,为平时护理人员实施空中、车辆动态环境下的救护技术系统化训练提供了条件。
Objective To design a multifunctional medical evacuation simulation training device to enhance comprehensive support in evacuation environment.Methods The device consisted mainly of a hardware part and a software part.The hardware part was composed of upper and lower platforms and a high-frequency six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanism.The parallel mechanism was made up of electric cylinders,connecting rods and AC servo motors.The software part included a control system,a computer and a controller.The device completed the movement of the upper platform in six degrees of freedom(X,Y,Z,α,β,γ)through the telescoping of six electric cylinders,thus simulating various spatial motion attitudes.Results The device developed improves the nursing staff in adaptability,stability,success rate of puncture and operating time by special training for intravenous needle infusion techniques under the helicopter and ambulance modes.Conclusion The device developed with vivid simulation and low cost facilitates the systemic training of the nurse staff for medical care techniques in dynamic conditions such as airplane and ambulance.
