摘要
目的:设计海上编队卫勤保障仿真推演系统,为可视化地呈现海上编队卫勤保障过程,评估、优化海上编队卫勤保障方案提供快速、高效的技术手段。方法:运用高层体系结构、系统建模与仿真技术建立多层次的编队卫勤业务仿真模型,采用可视化技术以2D/3D形式动态呈现卫勤保障仿真推演过程,使用数据仓库技术提供系统运行所需的各类数据。整个系统采用"资源+平台+应用"模式进行应用软件设计,包含综合信息管理子系统、保障过程仿真推演子系统和方案评估优化子系统3个部分。结果:该系统可开展不同形式多样化任务的海上编队卫勤可视化仿真推演和保障方案评估与循证优化,为海上编队卫勤保障方案制订及卫生资源配置与优化提供了量化、高效的决策支持。结论:该系统可量化推演与优化海上编队卫勤保障方案,提高海上卫勤保障决策的科学性与总体效能。
Objective To design a simulation and rehearsal system for maritime formation medical support to visualize the support process and evaluate and optimize the support program efficiently.Methods The system used high-level architecture,system modelling and simulation technology to establish a multi-level simulation model for maritime formation medical support operations,adopted visualisation technology to dynamically present the medical support simulation and rehearsal process in 2 D/3 D forms,and involved in data warehouse technology to provide all kinds of data required for system operation.The software of the system was designed with the mode of"resource+platform+application",which was composed of a comprehensive information management subsystem,a support process simulation and rehearsal subsystem and a program evaluation and optimization subsystem.Results The system developed could be used for visualized simulation and rehearsal as well as program evaluation and evidence-based optimization of maritime formation medical suspport,and provides quantitative decision support for establishing medical support program and executing medical resource allocation and optimization for maritime formation.Conclusion The system developed contributes to quantitative rehearsal and optimization of maritime formation medical support program,and enhances the decision efficiency of maritime medical support.
