摘要
目的:通过对医用激光治疗仪的激光功率测量及其不确定度评定,分析激光治疗仪的运行质量状态。方法:参照JJG 581—2016《医用激光源检定规程》,使用NOVAⅡ激光功率能量计对CO_(2)激光治疗仪进行测量,获得激光治疗仪功率或能量输出数据,得到激光功率或能量示值误差;依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的方法进行激光功率测量结果的不确定度评定,得出示值误差测量结果的扩展不确定度。结果:激光功率示值误差测量结果的扩展不确定度为U=4.0%(包含因子k=2),小于激光功率示值最大允许误差的1/3,证明CO_(2)激光治疗仪输出功率具有95%的可靠性。结论:对医用激光治疗仪进行质量控制测量时,引入激光功率示值误差测量结果的不确定度,有助于科学判定质量控制测量结果。
Objective To analyze the operation quality of the medical laser therapeutic instrument by combining the measurement of laser power and the evaluation of its uncertainty.Methods According to JJG 581—2016"Medical Laser Source Verification Procedures"a NOVAⅡlaser power energy meter was used to measure the power or energy output data of a CO_(2) laser therapeutic instrument,and the indication errors of laser power or energy were obtained;with the method of JJF1059.1—2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement"the uncertainty of the laser power measurement results was assessed,and the expanded uncertainty of the measurement results was determined.Results The uncertainty of laser power indication error measurement results was U=4.0%(k=2),less than one third of the maximum allowable error of the laser power indication,and the measured output power of the CO_(2) laser therapeutic instrument proved to have 95%reliability.CConclusion Introducing the uncertainty of the laser power indication error into the quality control measurement of the medical laser therapeutic instrument is helpful to judge the quality control measurement results scientifically.
