河北省农村污水治理项目资金绩效评价指标体系研究

Research on the performance evaluation index system of rural sewage treatment fund projects in Hebei Province

本研究分析了当前污染防治项目绩效评价指标体系,以河北省农村生活污水治理资金项目绩效评价为例,结合农村污水处理现状,从业务和财务管理两方面构建了河北省农村污水治理资金项目绩效评价指标体系,对农村环境污水治理资金项目进行综合评价,为推动建立项目绩效管理制度,提高管理者决策和投资水平,提供了参考依据。

This research analyzed the current performance evaluation index system of pollution prevention and control projects.Taking the performance evaluation of the rural sewage treatment fund project in Hebei Province as an example,combined with the current situation of rural sewage treatment,the performance evaluation index system of the rural sewage treatment fund project was constructed from both business and financial management.The evaluation index system provided a comprehensive evaluation of rural environmental sewage treatment fund projects,and supplied a reference for promoting the establishment of a project performance management system and improving managers' decision-making and investment levels.
