功能复合视角下新型产业园区空间规划研究

Study on the Spatial Planning of New Industrial Parks from the Perspective of Functional Compound

新型产业园区是新兴产业的空间承载,其园区规划、管理与建设面临着更高的要求,空间布局与结构亦表现着与传统产业园区迥然不同的特征。本文以功能复合为视角,选取国内外典型案例进行研究,从而对于新型产业园区空间结构的规划导向、功能构成与开发强度等展开探讨。研究认为,在新型产业园区的空间规划中,融合性、单元化与层次性是其应有之义,而多元功能的配置以及开发政策的管控,则是创造高效空间结构的重要方式。

New industrial parks are the spatial carrier of emerging industries.The planning,management and construction of new industrial parks are facing higher requirements.The spatial layout and structure of new industrial parks are also different from that of traditional industrial parks.From the perspective of functional compound,this paper selects typical cases at home and abroad for research,so as to discuss the planning orientation,functional compound and development intensity of spatial structure of emerging industrial parks.It is believed that in the spatial planning of new industrial parks,integration,unity and hierarchy are the necessary meanings,while the allocation of multiple functions and the control of development policies are the important ways to create efficient spatial structure.
