北京市旧工业区厂房改造现状——以北京莱绵创意产业园办公空间为例

The Current Status of the Renovation of the Factory Buildings in the Old Industrial Zone in Beijing--A Case of the Office Space of Beijing Laimian Creative Industry Park

本文选取北京作为研究城市,对其城区遗存的旧厂房的改造展开研究。通过对具体办公空间的空间尺度、材料、物理性质等方面的研究,以及实地考察的感受,总结分析了城区遗存的旧厂房空间的利用方法,并通过对其改造后现状的再思考,提出对城市旧建筑更新的展望。

This paper selects Beijing as the research city to conduct research on the renovation of the old factory buildings remaining in the urban area.Through the study on the spatial scale,material,and physical properties the space of the office space in the specific case,and combined with the feelings of the people on field investigation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the utilization method of the space of the old factories remaining in the urban area,reconsiders the current conditions of the old factories after renovation,and puts forward the new prospects for the renewal of old buildings in the urban area.
