城市更新背景下历史文化街区保护研究——以赣州市姚衙前历史文化街区为例

Research on the Protection of Historical and Cultural Blocks in the Context of Urban Renewal--A Case of Yaoyaqian Historical and Cultural Block in Ganzhou

文章从文化、历史及艺术3个层面研究历史文化街区的保护价值,提出整体性、原真性、多样性及以人为本四大保护原则,以赣州市姚衙前历史文化街区为例,通过文献研究、实地调研及类比研究等方法对其进行分析探讨,进而提出保护与更新策略,使得现代生活方式与传统街巷空间之间达到交融共生,也为其他类似历史文化街区的保护更新工作提供参考。

This paper studies the protection value of historical and cultural blocks from three aspects of culture,history and art,and puts forward four protection principles:integrity,authenticity,diversity and people-orientation.Taking Yaoyaqian historical and cultural block in Ganzhou as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses it by means of literature research,field investigation and analogy research,etc.,and then puts forward the protection and renewal strategies,so as to achieve the integration and symbiosis between modern life style and traditional street space,and also provides a reference for the protection and renewal of other similar historical and cultural blocks.
