双曲荷叶造型屋面设计与施工关键技术

摘要 济宁市美术馆双曲荷叶状屋面展开面积约1.6万m2,整体曲率不规则,屋面骨架由1531根不同曲率的钢梁拼接组成,最大角度约16°,存在复杂双曲钢框深化设计难处理、双曲钢框梁难加工、双曲造型施工难保障等难点。工程从结构设计出发,通过总体特征分析,变形分析,深化设计,三维标高控制,逐一解决各工程难点。 The hyperbolic lotus leaf roof of Jining Art Museum has an expanded area of 16000 m2,and the overall curvature is irregular.The roof skeleton is composed of 1531 steel beams with different curvature.The maximum angle is about 16°and there are some difficulties in the detailed design of complex hyperbolic steel frame,difficult processing of hyperbolic steel frame beam,and difficult guarantee of hyperbolic shape construction.The project starts from the structural design,and solves the difficulties of each project one by one through overall feature analysis,deformation analysis,deepening design,and three-dimensional elevation control.
