我国正处于城市轨道交通建设高速发展阶段,在大规模建设的过程中,施工环境复杂、参建人员流动性高、能力差异性大等问题突出,工程安全的形势十分严峻。为避免工程事故发生,上海轨道交通建设以信息化平台搭建风险信息化管理体系,抓住工程风险的主要矛盾,控制核心风险。通过指标排名及配套措施形成管理抓手,在建设风险控制方面取得了较好的效果。同时,也在根据不同阶段的矛盾特点,不断完善与深化风险管理体系,持续探索新技术,向风险管理智慧化迈进。
