摘要
在我国建筑业高质量和可持续发展要求下,传统的单一造价业务委托逐渐向全过程造价咨询服务转变,造价咨询行业面临前所未有的挑战和机遇。为使我国建设工程项目采用全过程造价管理模式发挥出良好效果,本文在全过程造价管理过程中引入BIM。借助BIM理念和BIM专业技术,简化造价管理工作流程,有效解决传统造价管理中的信息交流障碍,从而提升各参与方的协同作业能力,进而改善造价管理效益。对企业合理运用BIM技术进行全过程造价管理具有一定指导意义。
Under the requirements of high quality and sustainable development of the construction industry in our country,the traditional single-cost business entrustment is gradually changing to the whole-process cost consulting service,and the cost consulting industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.In order to make our country’s construction projects adopt the whole-process cost management model to exert a good effect,this paper introduces BIM in the whole-process cost management process.With the help of the BIM concept and BIM professional technology,the workflow of cost management is simplified,and the information communication obstacles in traditional cost management are effectively solved,so as to enhance the collaborative work ability of all participants and improve the efficiency of cost management.It has certain guiding significance for the enterprises to rationally use BIM technology to carry out the whole process cost management.
