CYBA基因与神经精神疾病相关性的研究进展

摘要 大多数神经精神疾病,如精神分裂症、帕金森病等都存在表型异质性,目前确切病因尚不明确,但普遍认为与氧化应激、遗传等多种机制相关。作为编码介导活性氧生成的NADPH酶重要亚基的基因,CYBA基因在上述疾病的发生与发展过程中可能起关键作用,并影响临床症状严重程度。因此,可作为潜在的临床诊断和诊治的靶点,现就CYBA基因与神经精神疾病的相关研究进展做一综述。 henotypic heterogeneity exists in most neuropsychiatric diseases,such as schizophrenia and Parkinson's disease.At present,the exact etiology is not clear,but it is generally believed to be related to oxidative stress,heredity,and other mechanisms.As a gene encoding an important subunit of NADPH enzyme mediating the production of reactive oxygen species,CYBA gene may play a key role in the occurrence and development of the above diseases and affect the severity of clinical symptoms.Therefore,it can be used as a potential target for clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the research progress on the relationship between CYBA gene and neuropsychiatric diseases.
