摘要
该文以高校燃烧实验室为例,将全生命周期安全评价机制引入燃烧实验室的安全风险控制过程,分析了从实验室规划到研究性燃烧实验各阶段的安全危险因素,提出了针对性的安全管理措施,建议采用燃烧数值模拟软件预先对燃烧过程进行模拟分析,并根据模拟结果对实验过程的事故风险进行预评价,从而有效管控其安全风险。
Taking the combustion laboratory as an example,this paper introduces the life cycle safety assessment mechanism into the safety risk control process of the laboratory,analyzes the safety risk assessment key points from the laboratory planning to the research combustion experiment,puts forward the relevant safety management measures,and suggests that the combustion process should be simulated and analyzed in advance by using combustion numerical simulation software,and the accident risk of the experimental process should be pre-evaluated according to the simulation results,so as to effectively control its safety risk.
