基于生态翻译理论的旅游文本英译研究——以李鸿章故居为例

A Study on English Translation of Tourist Text Based on Ecological Translation Theory——Taking Li Hongzhang's Former Residence as an Example

李鸿章故居是备受外国游客青睐的旅游目的地。高质量的旅游文本翻译可以促进合肥地区旅游业的发展,推动当地文化走向世界。根据实地考察发现李鸿章故居的旅游文本英译存在着漏译和误译的问题。运用生态翻译学的相关理论,以三维转换策略为指导,从语言维、文化维和交际维的适应性选择入手,对该地旅游文本的英译进行分析研究,指出存在的问题,提出相应的翻译策略和方法,并对不足之处进行改进。

Li Hongzhang's former residence is a popular tourist destination favored by foreign tourists.High-quality translation of tourist text can not only promote the development of tourism in Hefei,but also introduce the local culture to the world.According to the field investigation,it is found that there are some problems of missed translation and mistranslation in the English translation of the tourist text of Li Hongzhang's former residence.Based on the relevant theories of ecological translation,guided by three-dimensional conversion strategy,and starting with the adaptive selection of language,culture and communication,this paper analyzes the English translation of the tourist text of this place,points out the existing problems,proposes the corresponding translation strategies and methods,and improves the shortcomings.
