摘要 采场稳定性是复杂破碎金属矿床安全开采的关键,针对某铁矿复杂破碎地质条件,进行采场稳定性分析和结构参数优化研究。首先依据矿房矿柱承载机理和矿柱力学模型,结合现场岩石力学参数测试结果及试验矿房设计的拟回采工艺,计算得出矿柱潜在滑移面上部高度范围;其次基于Mathew法对试验矿房顶板稳定性和侧帮稳定性进行理论分析,得到矿房极限暴露长度和宽度,并建立二维平面应变模型按原设计回采工序进行数值模拟验证;最后结合分析结果提出改进后的回采方案。经现场试验效果较好,可为下一步采矿工艺的确定奠定基础。 Stope stability is the key to safe mining of complex broken metal deposits.Aiming at the complex broken geo⁃logical conditions of a certain iron ore,the stope stability analysis and structural parameter optimization research are carried out.Firstly,according to the bearing mechanism of the stope pillar and the pillar mechanics model,combined with the test re⁃sults of on-site rock mechanics parameters and the quasi-mining technology designed by the test mine,the upper height range of the potential slip surface of the pillar is calculated;Secondly,based on the Mathew method,theoretically analyze the roof stability and side slope stability of the test stope,obtain the limit exposure length and width of the stope,and establish a two-dimensional plane strain model for numerical simulation verification according to the original design of the stoping process;Finally,an improved stoping plan is proposed based on the analysis results.The field test results are good,which can lay the foundation for the next step of mining technology determination.
