摘要
针对放矿扰动和矿体倾角对散体侧压力分布的影响进行了深入研究,提出了测试散体侧压力的实验方案,设计了散体侧压力测试系统和实验设备。通过对比不同通道散体侧压力变化曲线,分析了放矿过程和矿体倾角对不同高度散体侧压力的影响。结果表明:位于松动体范围内的散体,受到放矿扰动的影响,散体发生移动和松散,导致散体侧压力减小;位于松动体范围以外的散体基本不受放矿扰动的影响,而是受到摩擦系数的影响,导致散体侧压力呈现出增大的趋势;随着矿体倾角的减小,矿体上盘散体侧压力的降低率逐渐增大,矿体下盘则与之相反,随着矿体倾角的减小而逐渐减小;不同矿体倾角条件下散体侧压力的变化趋势基本相近,矿体倾角对散体侧压力的减小速率有较大影响。
Focused on the distribution laws of lateral force induced by the drawing ore and orebody dip,an experimen⁃tal method was proposed to measure the lateral force,and a measurement system and testing equipment were designed.The effects of lateral force on releasing bulk solid and different orebody dip through the contrast of the different heights.The re⁃sult shows that the bulk solid situated at the isolated movement zone and had a steady decreased as the number for drawing ore increased,the bulk solid outside the isolated movement zone and a slight rise as the number for drawing ore increment.Then,the reduction ratio of footwall decreased and the reduction ration of roof wall increased as the orebody dip decreased.Meanwhile,the change trend of distribution laws for lateral force was similar under different orebody dip,but the orebody dip had a great effect on the reduction ratio of lateral force.
