基于PFC的矿石块度对溜井放矿效果的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 目前针对矿石块度对溜井放矿效果的影响评价多局限于计算单一评价指标,不能综合反映放矿效果的优劣。提出以单位时间内放出的矿石质量和撞击总能量为表征,衡量放矿效率及井壁的撞击程度,构建溜井放矿效果综合评价模型。并以大冶某矿山特定矿石溜井为研究对象,基于PFC2D软件开展数值模拟实验,验证了溜井放矿效果综合评价模型的有效性。数值模拟结果表明,随着矿石块度的增大,放矿效率会得到提高,但同时对于井壁所造成的损伤也会增大,且当矿石块度增大到一定程度,会发生卡矿的现象。通过对综合评价模型进行计算、分析,给出大冶某矿山放矿的最优矿石半径分布为r-(0.40,0.10^(2))。 At present,the impact evaluation of ore fragmentation on ore drawing effect is limited to the calculation of a single evaluation index,which cannot reflect the advantages and disadvantages of ore drawing effect comprehensively.It is proposeed to measure the ore drawing efficiency and the impact degree of the shaft wall by taking the ore mass released in unit time and the total impact energy as the characterization to build a comprehensive evaluation model for the ore drawing ef⁃fect of the chore.Taking a specific ore chore in Daye mine as the research object,numerical simulation experiments were car⁃ried out based on PFC2D software to verify the effectiveness of the comprehensive evaluation model for ore chore drawing ef⁃fect.The numerical simulation results show that with the increase of ore fragmentation,ore drawing efficiency will be im⁃proved,but at the same time,the damage to the shaft wall will also increase,and when the ore fragmentation increases to a certain extent,the phenomenon of ore jam will occur.Through the calculation and analysis of the comprehensive evaluation model,the optimal ore radius distribution of a mine in daye is r-(0.40,0.10^(2)).
