摘要
艺术设计专业强调动手能力,具有较强技术性,而现有高职院校开设的艺术设计专业教学模式很多都是沿袭本科院校重理论培养的教学理念,从而导致教学成果与企业脱节严重,因此现代师徒制教学模式孕育而生。本文将从拓展教学主体、优化教学体系、强化师资队伍和完善考评机制四个方面探索和研究高职艺术职业教育现代师徒培养的可行性路径,从而探寻一些值得借鉴且可指导教学的基本模式。
Art design specialty emphasizes practical ability and has strong technology,but many of the teaching modes of art design specialty set up in higher vocational colleges follow the teaching idea of emphasizing theory training in undergraduate colleges.As a result,the teaching results and enterprises are out of touch,so the modern teacher-apprentice teaching model was born.This paper will explore and study the feasible path of modern teacher and apprentice training in higher vocational art vocational education from four aspects:expanding the main body of teaching,optimizing the teaching system,strengthening the teaching staff and perfecting the evaluation mechanism,so as to explore some basic models worthy of reference and can guide teaching.
