海峡两岸与“一带一路”沿线国家数字通信专利合作研究

Research on Digital Communication Patent Cooperation Between the Two Sides of the Taiwan Straits and the Countries Along the"Belt and Road"

基于全球专利统计数据库(PATSTAT),以2000—2019年海峡两岸与"一带一路"沿线国家在数字通信领域的合作专利信息为依据,运用统计分析和社会网络分析法,对两岸与"一带一路"沿线国家数字通信专利合作的区域分布、领域分布特征及网络演化情况等进行比较。研究结果表明:新加坡是两岸在"一带一路"区域里最主要的数字通信专利合作对象,近年来中国大陆与新加坡的数字通信专利合作关系不断密切,而中国台湾与新加坡的合作关系逐渐舒缓;H04L 29/06、H04W 4/00、H04L 29/08是两岸与"一带一路"沿线地区开展专利合作最热门的三个数字通信子领域;中国大陆在"一带一路"数字通信专利合作网络中的地位不断提升并反超中国台湾;中国大陆在"一带一路"数字通信专利合作网络中的媒介作用有所减弱,中国台湾在合作网络中的媒介作用逐渐明显,但仍然不及中国大陆;两岸在"一带一路"数字通信专利合作网络中都未能占据结构洞优势位置。研究结论以期为提升两岸在数字通信领域的技术实力和进一步推动两岸与"一带一路"沿线地区的数字通信技术合作提供理论和实践参考。

Based on the Worldwide Patent Statistical Database(PATSTAT),the patent information of cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits and countries along the"Belt and Road"in the field of digital communication from 2000 to 2019 is taken as the basis,and the statistical analysis and social network analysis are used.The regional distribution,domain distribution characteristics and network evolution of digital communication patent cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Straits and countries along the"Belt and Road"are compared.The research results show that:Singapore is the most important digital communication patent cooperation partner of the two sides of the straits in the"Belt and Road"area.In recent years,the digital communication patent cooperation relationship between Chinese mainland and Singapore has been getting closer,while the cooperation relationship between Chinese Taiwan and Singapore has gradually eased.H04L 29/06,H04W 4/00,H04L 29/08 are the three most popular digital communication sub-fields for patent cooperation between the two sides of the straits and the"Belt and Road"area.The status of Chinese mainland in the"Belt and Road"digital communication patent cooperation network continues to improve and surpasses Chinese Taiwan.Chinese mainland's media role in the"Belt and Road"digital communication patent cooperation network has weakened,and Chinese Taiwan's media role in the cooperation network has gradually become apparent,but it is still inferior to that of Chinese mainland.Both sides of the straits have failed to occupy a structural advantage position in the"Belt and Road"digital communication patent cooperation network.The research conclusions are expected to provide theoretical and practical references for enhancing the technical strength of the two sides of the straits in the field of digital communication and further promoting the digital communication technology cooperation between the two sides of the straits and the"Belt and Road"area.
