摘要 本文通过检索国际专利数据库,对高温钻井液领域专利态势进行了分析,明确了该领域国内外主要竞争对手和技术分布,分析了影响高温的关键因素。通过分析发现:水基和油基钻井液是目前主流方向,国外企业更倾向于油基钻井液。此外,最近几年增粘剂专利申请量较大,技术主题为体系及处理剂及其制备方法。目前我国对环境友好型、合成基钻井液研发较少。对此,建议我国企业针对自身研究特点,加大自有技术专利的申请力度以尽快形成相应的专利保护网,并通过对碳纳米管、复合材料、纳米材料添加以及苯环的引入来增加组合的高温稳定性。 By searching the international patent database,this paper analyzes the patent situation in the field of high temperature drilling fluid,defines the main competitors and technology distribution at home and abroad,and analyzes the key factors affecting high temperature.It is found that water-based and oil-based drilling fluids are the mainstream directions,and foreign enterprises prefer oil-based drilling fluids.In addition,there have been a large number of patent applications for tackifier in recent years,and the technical subject is system,treatment agent and its preparation method.At present,there is little research and development of environment-friendly synthetic based drilling fluid in China.In this regard,it is suggested that Chinese enterprises increase the application of their own technology patents according to their own research characteristics,so as to form the corresponding patent protection network as soon as possible,and increase the high-temperature stability of the combination by adding carbon nanotubes,composites,nano materials and benzene rings.
