手术室综合护理对传统开腹手术治疗腹股沟疝患者焦虑及生理应激的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Operating Room on Anxiety and Physiological Stress in Patients with Inguinal Hernia Treated by Traditional Open Surgery

目的探究手术室综合护理对传统开腹手术治疗腹股沟疝患者焦虑及生理应激的影响。方法选择2017年1月至2019年11月芜湖市第五人民医院行传统开腹手术治疗的腹股沟疝患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法随机分为2组,对照组30例给予常规手术室护理,观察组30例给予手术室综合护理干预,对比2组患者焦虑心理评分、生理应激(术前、术中)、体温变化。结果术前1 d、术后1 d,2组患者焦虑评分、抑郁评分、HADS评分均较入院时低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前,2组舒张压、收缩压、心率及呼吸组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中,舒张压、收缩压、心率、呼吸水平均较术前提高,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。麻醉诱导开始,2组患者体温组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组手术开始15 min、手术开始30 min、手术结束时体温高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为96.67%,对照组为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室综合护理能够缓解术前焦虑情绪,减少生理应激,保持围手术期体温稳定,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of operating room comprehensive nursing on anxiety and physiological stress in patients with inguinal hernia treated by traditional open surgery.Methods Sixty patients with inguinal hernia who underwent traditional open surgery in Wuhu Fifth People's Hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were selected as the research samples.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method:control group and observation group,respectively.30 cases in the control group given routine operating room nursing,while 30 cases in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention in the operating room.The patients'anxiety score,physiological stress(preoperative and intraoperative),body temperature changes were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score,depression score and HADS score in 2 groups at 1 day before operation and 1 day after operation were lower than those at 1 day before admission,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiration between the two groups(P>0.05).At the beginning of anesthesia induction,there was no significant difference in the body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperature of the observation group at 15 min after surgery,30 min after surgery and at the end of surgery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 96.67%in the observation group and 76.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the operating room can relieve preoperative anxiety,reduce physiological stress,and keep perioperative temperature stable,and it is worth popularizing.
