摘要
目的探究情商训练联合卡通画册干预在腹腔镜下结扎术治腹股沟斜疝患儿围手术期中的应用临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月宣城市中心医院行腹腔镜下腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术治疗的小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿60例作为研究对象,年龄6~12岁,ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,对照组30例给予常规围手术期护理干预,观察组30例在常规围手术期护理干预基础上给予情商训练联合卡通画册干预,对比2组儿童焦虑表(SCAS)评分,回到病房的疼痛程度(PLACC评分)、不适应行为发生率、满意度。结果护理2 d后,2组患儿SCAS评分较护理前均提高,但观察组SCAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿回到病房1、3、7 h PLACC评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿术后1 d不适应行为发生率低于对照组(6.67%比26.67%),出院时满意度调查结果表明,观察组满意度高于对照组(96.67%比80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情商训练联合卡通画册干预在腹腔镜下结扎术治疗腹股沟斜疝患儿中的应用,能够缓解患儿术前焦虑,能够缓解回到病房的疼痛程度,降低术后不适应行为发生率,提高家长对护理的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of emotional intelligence training combined with cartoon book intervention in children with indirect inguinal hernia treated by laparoscopic ligation during perioperative period.Methods A total of 60 children with indirect inguinal hernia who underwent laparoscopic high ligation of inguinal sac in Xuancheng central hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were aged from 6-12,ASA grade for I or II.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group.The 30 cases in the control group were given routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the 30 cases in the observation group were given emotional intelligence training combined with cartoon album intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The children's anxiety scale(SCAS),the degree of pain returned to the ward(PLACC score),the incidence of maladaptive behavior,and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results At 2 d after care,the SCAS scores of the two groups were higher than those before care,but the SCAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 d after care(P<0.05).The PLACC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 h,3 h,and more than 7 h after the children returned to the ward(P<0.05).The incidence of maladaptive behavior at 1 day after surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.67%vs 26.67%),and the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.67%vs 80.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of EQ training combined with cartoon album intervention in laparoscopic ligation treatment of indirect inguinal hernia in children can alleviate preoperative anxiety of children,alleviate the degree of pain back to the ward,reduce the incidence of postoperative maladaptive behavior,and improve the satisfaction of parents on nursing care,and it is worthy of promotion.
