摘要 CGCS2000是当前我国的法定坐标系统,因建设、城市规划和科学研究的需要而进行的城市测绘、工程测量等很多地方,CGCS2000不能满足控制投影变形的实际需求,必须建立独立的平面直角坐标系统。为方便使用和信息共享,同时也是我国法定要求,独立坐标系必须与国家坐标系统相联系、相对独立和统一,基于CGCS2000建立独立平面直角坐标系成为一个必须研究的课题。基于此,从法律、规范和技术层面进行分析,阐述了建立独立坐标系的必要性。综合现有测绘技术手段和实践,探讨了基于CGCS2000建立独立坐标系的方法,并列举相应实践的案例,结论可为相关工作提供参考。 CGCS2000 is the legal coordinate system in China.In many places,CGCS2000 cannot meet the actual demands of controlling projection deformation in urban surveying and mapping and engineering surveying due to the needs of construction,urban planning and scientific research,so it is necessary to establish an independent plane Cartesian coordinate system.In order to facilitate the use and information sharing,as well as the statutory requirements of China,the independent coordinate system must be connected with the national coordinate system,relatively independent and unified.Therefore,the establishment of independent plane Cartesian coordinate system based on CGCS2000 naturally becomes a necessary research topic.From the legislation,standard and technical aspects,we expounded the necessity of establishing an independent coordinate system.Combining with the existing surveying and mapping technology and practice,we discussed the method of establishing independent coordinate system based on CGCS2000,and enumerated the relevant application cases.
