兰西城市群开发区的绿色发展水平及限制因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 基于开发区的绿色发展,根据P-S-R模型构建绿色发展评价指标体系,采用TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型对兰西城市群17个开发区绿色发展水平及限制因素进行测算评价。结果表明:2013—2018年兰西城市群开发区绿色发展水平呈上升趋势,兰州市、西宁市的开发区绿色发展示范引领效果明显,以兰州市为核心的开发区绿色发展高水平线状空间布局逐渐形成,开发区绿色发展压力对其状态、响应的关联影响明显,呈现出初始绿色发展压力制约效应明显向趋于减小的方向演进。限制因素分析结果表明:以重工业为主的产业结构是限制兰西城市群开发区绿色发展的主导因子,科技创新投入不足是重要的瓶颈因子。 Based on the green development of development zones,the evaluation index system of green devel-opment was constructed according to the P-S-R model.The TOPSIS model and the obstacle degree model were used to calculate and evaluate the green development level and limiting factors of 17 development zones in Lanxi urban agglomeration.The results showed that:From 2013 to 2018,the green development level of Lanxi urban agglomera-tion development zone showed an upward trend,Lanzhou and Xining city development zone green development dem-onstration effect is obvious,Lanzhou City as the core of the development zone,green development high level linear spatial layout is gradually formed,development zone green development affects obviously the associated stress re-sponse to its status,and presents the initial green development restriction effect is obvious to the pressure decreases in the direction of evolution.The results of restriction factor analysis show that the industrial structure with heavy in-dustry as the main factor is the leading factor that restricts the green development of Lanxi urban agglomeration de-velopment zone,and the lack of investment in scientific and technological innovation is the important bottleneck factor.
