活动-出行视角下居住区相关设施对迁居居民生活的影响分析

Impacts of Public Service Facilities on Activity-based Behavior Following A Residential Relocation

居住空间为个体日常活动的最基本载体,迁居带来新的空间环境,也将会对居民日常活动安排和出行模式产生巨大影响。以昆明市呈贡大学城为例,运用迁居居民活动日志调查数据,构建个人属性、公共服务设施与活动-出行行为间的关系模型,重点剖析迁居前后居住区公共服务设施配置对居民活动行为选择的影响机制。研究发现:居民形成了以小汽车为主导的通勤结构模式,迁居前和迁居后居住地公交站及地铁站的密度对其影响都不明显;控制社会经济属性后,公共服务设施直接影响个体活动行为,提高商业设施或文体娱乐设施的密度会促发居民参与非工作活动,且新居住地服务设施配置还会通过作用于迁居前个体行为而间接影响现在的活动和出行行为。

Residence is the main starting point of family member taking daily activities,but residential relocation can lead family space to reconstruct in daily life,thus becoming the key factor to influence members’ activities and travel modes.This paper privides a case study of Da-Xue-Cheng,a staff-living community in Chenggong District of Kunming City based on the data of residential relocation residents’ travel,the study examined the association among public service facilities,personal attributes and activity-travel behavior with the structural equation model.It is concluded that,car-dominated commuting pattern had come into being with urban expansion,while the density of public transport stations and subway stations has no impact on commuting efficiency.After social economic factors are controlled,improving business density and recreation facilities density will higher the likelihood of non work activities,and density of facilities in new resident will influence activity frequency and travel mode indirectly through past travel behavior or habit.This study shows strong validity in understanding residents’ demands and existing problems in new living space,and it also provides important point of penetration and huge exploring space in the future.
