摘要
直流输电系统实际运行过程中,逆变站换流阀换相失败多由交流系统扰动或故障造成,但控制系统异常也会造成换流阀换相失败。对某换流站连续13次换相失败起因进行分析,通过隔离疑似问题模块、缩小排查范围、增加外置故障录波等手段,查明触发角指令在不同的时钟域传输过程中发生数据跳变导致换相失败。现场对EMF板FPGA程序进行了修改,未再发生过同类原因导致的换相失败。
In the operation of HVDC transmission system,the commutation failures of inverter station can be caused by not only the interference or faults of power grid,but also the abnormalities of control system.By isolating the suspect modules,narrowing the investigation range and utilizing external fault recording,this paper analyzed 13 commutation failures in a converter station and searched out the cause is the abnormal trigger pulse,which is produced by the data jump of trigger angle instruction while transmitting in different clock domains.Finally,the similar commutation failure is prevented as the FPGA program in EMF was modified accordingly.
