This article introduces Professor LIU Guangwei’s clinical experience in the treatment of adult Still’s disease.This disease has a deficiency in its origin,complex pathogenesis,and changeable syndromes.LIU is good at treating the disease by guarding the pathogenesis,combining symptoms,and syndrome differentiation.The disease,summed up the characteristics of the pathogenesis of the disease originating from the three yin and occurring in the three YANG.Shaoyin kidney water is insufficient,Taiyin spleen soil is out of luck,Jueyin liver tree does not rise,resulting in abnormal opening and closing of the sun,disorder of Shaoyang cardinal,and unfavorable lowering of Yangming.Master LIU believes that the disease should be treated at the same time as the symptoms and the root cause,and the rise and fall should be treated in the same way.Starting from the acute stage,this article treats the disease with the methods of turning on the sun,lowering Yangming,and soothing Shaoyang,and provides ideas and references for the clinical treatment of adult still disease.
