黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合塞来昔布治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Capsule Combined with Celecoxib in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取70例安徽中医药大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科诊断为膝骨关节炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组应用黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊,对照组予塞来昔布胶囊口服。治疗1个疗程3周后观察2组治疗前后相关指标的变化情况(ESR,CRP),视觉模拟评分法(VAS),西安大略和麦克马斯特大学量表评分(WOMAC),以及临床疗效情况。结果:治疗3周后,2组炎性指标均较之前降低,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗后2组VAS评分及WOMAC评分均下降,且治疗组评分下降幅度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;治疗组有效率88.57%优于对照组68.57%,差异有统计学意义。结论:黄芩清热除痹胶囊联合塞来昔布胶囊对于膝骨关节炎临床疗效较好,能减轻肿胀疼痛,缓解症状,可为借鉴。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huangqin Qingre Chubi Capsules combined with Celecoxib Capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases each by random number table.The treatment group received Huangqin Qingrezhubi capsule combined with Celecoxib capsule,and the control group received Celecoxib capsule orally.After a course of treatment for 3 weeks,observe the changes of related indicators(ESR,CRP),visual analog scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster University Scale(WOMAC),and clinical efficacy in the two groups before and after treatment..Results:After 3 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory indexes of the two groups were lower than before,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score of the two groups decreased,and the score of the treatment group decreased.Significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant;the effective rate of the treatment group is 88.57%better than the control group 68.57%,the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:Huangqin Qingre Chubi Capsule combined with Celecoxib Capsule has a good clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis,which can reduce swelling and pain and relieve symptoms,which can be used as a reference.
