超声弹性成像在手法推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的效果评价中的价值分析

目的:探讨超声弹性成像技术(UE)在手法推拿治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的效果评价中的价值。方法:选择我院2018年12月到2020年6月之间收治的110例小儿肌性斜颈患者作为观察对象,患者使用固定推拿手法进行治疗。超声弹性成像法分析患儿的临床治疗效果。结果:110例患儿推拿治疗后肿块型患儿超声显示肿块缩小或肿块消失时间为3~24周,弥漫增厚型患儿患侧胸锁乳突肌明显变薄,肌纹理回声较治疗前均质,增厚不明显型治疗后肌肉厚度无明显变化,患侧肌肉轻度增长,肌纹理回声较治疗前均质;变薄型患儿治疗后肌肉回声及厚度无明显变化,患侧肌肉稍增长,治疗无效。结论:超声弹性成像技术能够在手法推拿治疗小儿先天肌性斜颈的治疗效果中进行量化评估,能够指导患儿的手术治疗方案。

Objective:To explore the value of ultrasound elastography in the effect evaluation of manual massage in the treatment of congenital muscular torticollis in children.METHODS:A total of 110 cases of children with muscular torticollis admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the observation objects,and the patients were treated with fixed manipulation. Ultrasound elastography was used to analyze the clinical treatment effectof the children. Results: 110 cases of children with massage therapy after mass type ultrasonic diagnosis in childrenwith tumor shrink or lumps disappear time for 3 ~ 24 weeks, diffuse thickening of the type of children with bilateralsternocleidomastoid obvious thinning, echo was homogeneous, the muscle texture is not obvious thickening type musclethickness has no obvious change after treatment, mild side muscle growth, muscle texture echo relatively homogeneousbefore treatment;The muscle echo and thickness of the thinned children did not change significantly after treatment,and the muscle of the affected side increased slightly, and the treatment was ineffective. Conclusion: Ultrasoundelastography can be used to quantitatively evaluate the therapeutic effect of manipulation in the treatment of congenitalmuscular torticollis in children, and can guide the surgical treatment plan of children.
