自噬在中医药治疗运动障碍疾病的作用研究概况

Research Progress on the Role of Autophagy in the Treatment of Movement Disorders with Traditional Chinese Medicine

运动障碍疾病的治疗在神经系统疾病中是临床医生较棘手的问题,现代医学的治疗效果不佳,致残率较高,严重影响了患者的生活质量。自噬是目前生物学界研究较热门的一种细胞自我清理有害物质,完成生理代谢的过程,但是自噬不足或者过度都会引起细胞的损伤。近年来中医药在改善神经系统运动障碍疾病方面取得了显著疗效,进一步研究中医药调控神经细胞的自噬效应机制,对中医药治疗运动障碍疾病具有很强的促进作用,自噬调控机制研究可以成为未来研究的一个方向。

The treatment of movement disorders is a thorny problem for clinicians in nervous system diseases.The treatment effect of modern medicine is not good,and the disability rate is high,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.At present,autophagy is a popular process for cells to clean up harmful substances and complete physiological metabolism,but insufficient or excessive autophagy will cause cell damage.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable results in improving motor disorders of the nervous system.Further study on the mechanism of autophagy effect of traditional Chinese medicine on regulating nerve cells has a strong role in promoting the treatment of movement disorder by traditional Chinese medicine.The study of autophagy modulation mechanism should become a direction of future research.
