摘要
结合东非某项目,在只有细度模数1.4~1.5的特细砂作为细集料条件下配制C45高性能混凝土,通过调整特细砂砂率、掺入合适掺量粉煤灰、调整配合比、控制含泥量及混凝土入模温度等方式,配制出满足C45强度等级及电通量小于1000 C要求的泵送混凝土,同时解决了特细砂混凝土高温条件下干缩大、易开裂的问题。
Based on one project in East Africa,high-performance concrete C45 is prepared with superfine sand as fine aggregate subject to the fineness modulus ranging from 1.4 to 1.5.The pumping concrete that reaches the strength grade of C45 and has the electric flux of less than 1000 C can be prepared by changing superfine sand ratio,adding appropriate amount of fly ash,adjusting mix proportion,controlling mud content and the temperature of concrete poured into the mould,which also solves the problems of large dry-shrinkage and easy cracking of superfine sand concrete under high temperature.
