中性粒细胞及其相关因子等是介导炎性反应的关键成分。国内外已有许多相关研究报道了炎性反应在血管内皮功能损伤中发挥重要作用。血管内皮功能障碍的过程涉及内皮功能损伤、血管平滑肌细胞增殖、血管重构等,是临床上许多疾病如冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭、动脉瘤等的发病基础。文章重点对中性粒细胞及其相关因子与血管内皮功能障碍中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床治疗及指导预后提供参考。

Neutrophils and related factors are the key components that mediate the inflammatory response.Many related studies at home and abroad have reported that inflammatory response plays an important role in the damage of vascular endothelial function.The process of vascular endothelial dysfunction involves endothelial function damage,vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,vascular remodeling,etc.It is the basis of many clinical diseases such as coronary heart disease,hypertension,heart failure,aneurysm,etc.This article focuses on reviewing the research progress of neutrophils and their related factors and vascular endothelial dysfunction,aiming to provide references for clinical treatment and guiding prognosis.
