手术安全核查制度作为十八项核心制度之一,在外科手术安全中发挥着举足轻重的作用。但是,作为安全核查制度核心的《手术安全核查表》,在执行过程中仍存在很多问题:三方人员身份的模糊定义、核查内容落实不足、核查人员交流缺失、核查过程中的纠错失灵、患方主观能动性受限。这些往往会成为阻碍《手术安全核查表》顺利发挥作用的隐患。阐述上述问题及相关处理措施,并对手术安全领域未来的发展之路进行展望,建议引入“黑匣子”及人工智能与外科安全领域深度融合,保证患者安全。

The Surgical Safety Verification System,as one of the eighteen core systems,plays a pivotal role in surgical safety.However,there are still many problems in the implementation of the"Surgery Safety Checklist"as the core of the Safety Verification System,including the vague definition of the identity of the tripartite personnel,the insufficient application in contents,the lack of communication,the failure of error correction during the verification process and the limited subjective initiative of the patients,which are potential threats to the smooth functioning of the"Surgery Safety Checklist".This article intends to describe above problems and related countermeasures,looking forward to the prospects of the future research.It is suggested that"black box"and artificial intelligence should be introduced to deeply integrate with the field of surgical safety to ensure the safety of patients.
