摘要
为了找到一种能够指导织物结构色生产的新方式,采用纳米表面处理技术中的磁控溅射法在涤纶织物春亚纺上制备结构色。在溅射电流改变或更换靶材后,通过膜厚仪的监控及相关数据换算来控制相应的膜厚。结果表明,此方法能够很好地指导卷绕磁控溅射法制备织物基底结构色的生产再现。
In order to investigate a novel approach to obtain the structural color,the structure color of polyester fabric was prepared by magnetron sputtering in nano-surface treatment technology.The relative film thickness was controlled via film thickness monitor and data conversion after the change of current or target material replacement.The result showed that this approach led a positive guidance on the reproduction of fabric-based structural color.
