摘要
文章对真空触发开关近年来部分研究进展,包括初始等离子体特性及机理、真空触发开关触发回路、真空电弧放电和PIC/MCC的基本原理相关内容进行分析研究,从而为以后的对应研究提供重要的参考。
The research progress of vacuum trigger switch in recent years is reviewed,including the initial plasma characteristics and mechanism,trigger loop of the vacuum trigger switch,and the basic working principle of vacuum arc discharge and PIC/MCC are analyzed,which provides important reference for future research.
