健康教育联合运动康复对行PCI术的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者心功能的影响

Effect of health education and exercise rehabilitation on the recovery of cardiac function in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention

目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称“冠心病”)行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)患者采用健康教育联合运动康复护理干预的康复效果。方法以2019年3月至2020年6月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院收治的94例行PCI术的冠心病患者作为研究对象,按1∶1比例随机分入对照组和观察组。对照组47例患者施以常规护理,观察组47例患者在常规护理基础上施以健康教育联合运动康复护理。比较两组护理前和护理6个月后的心功能、运动能力和生活质量。结果护理后,两组左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、最大摄氧量(VO_(2) max)、无氧阈(AT)和西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)总分均显著优于护理前(P值均<0.05),且观察组均显著优于同期对照组(P值均<0.05)。结论对行PCI术的冠心病患者实施健康教育联合运动康复干预,可提高其心功能和运动能力,并显著提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of health education combined with exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 94 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI in Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science&Technology from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research objects,and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group at a ratio of 1∶1.47 patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and 47 patients in the observation group were provided with health education combined with exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the routine nursing.The cardiac function,exercise ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and 6 months after nursing.Results After nursing,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),maximum oxygen uptake(VO_(2) max),anaerobic threshold(AT)and total scores of Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)of the two groups were significantly better than those before nursing in the same group(all P<0.05),and those of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group in the same period(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health education combined with exercise rehabilitation intervention for patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI can improve their cardiac function and exercise ability,and significantly improve their quality of life.
