按摩联合康复护理对宫颈癌根治术患者下肢淋巴水肿和膀胱功能的影响

Effect of massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on lower extremity lymphedema and bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery

目的探讨宫颈癌根治术患者实施按摩联合康复护理对其下肢淋巴水肿和膀胱功能的应用效果和影响情况。方法选取2018年1月至2020年5月于无锡市妇幼保健院行宫颈癌根治术治疗的92例宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表分为常规组和联合组,各46例。常规组患者予术后常规护理,联合组患者予按摩联合康复护理。对两组术后的下肢淋巴水肿、膀胱功能和临床护理效果等进行统计比较。结果实施临床护理后,在大腿中段平均周径方面,两组较治疗前均显著缩小,且联合组显著小于常规组(P值均<0.05);在拔管后残余尿量和术后膀胱功能恢复时间方面,联合组均显著少于常规组(P值均<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,联合组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将按摩联合康复护理方案应用于宫颈癌根治术患者的临床干预中,能有效改善患者术后下肢淋巴水肿症状,促进膀胱功能恢复,临床效果良好,患者满意度高,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect and influence of massage combined with rehabilitation nursing on lower extremity lymphedema and bladder function in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery.Methods 92 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical surgery at Wuxi Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were divided into a routine group and a combined group according to the random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The routine group was given postoperative routine nursing,and the combined group was given massage combined with rehabilitation nursing.The lower extremity lymphedema,bladder function and clinical nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of clinical care,the average circumference of the middle thigh of the two groups was significantly smaller than before the implementation,and the combined group was significantly smaller than the routine group(all P<0.05).The residual urine volume after extubation and the recovery time of bladder function in the combined group were significantly less than those of the routine group(both P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of massage combined with rehabilitation nursing in the clinical intervention of patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical surgery can effectively improve the symptoms of postoperative lower extremity lymphedema,promote the recovery of bladder function,which has a good clinical effect,high patient satisfaction,and high application value.
