雷火灸联合情志护理对原发性痛经患者疼痛程度和不良反应的影响

Effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with emotional nursing on pain degree and adverse reactions of patients with primary dysmenorrhea

目的探究雷火灸联合情志护理对原发性痛经患者疼痛程度和不良反应的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年6月于广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院就诊的100例原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。其中对照组患者给予常规护理结合情志护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用雷火灸治疗。比较两组患者疼痛程度、临床效果、心理状态和不良反应发生率。结果干预后,两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均显著低于干预前(P值均<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雷火灸联合情志护理用于原发性痛经可有效减轻患者疼痛,改善心理状态,安全有效。

Objective To explore the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with emotional nursing on the degree of pain and adverse reactions of patients with primary dysmenorrhea.Methods 100 patients with primary dysmenorrhea in Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(50 cases)and an observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing combined with emotional nursing,and the observation group additionally received thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,clinical efficacy,psychological state and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(all P<0.05),while the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with emotional nursing for primary dysmenorrhea can effectively reduce the pain of patients,improve psychological state which is safe and effective.
