可调谐二极管激光仪在垃圾焚烧发电厂的运用 被引量:1

摘要 生活垃圾焚烧发电厂焚烧炉在运行过程中需对O_(2)浓度进行实时检测。目前行业内常用的直插式氧量传感器在测量过程中会出现测量结果不准确、测量滞后,仪表校准麻烦且校准线性度差等问题。结合直插式氧量传感器测量的原理和对目前现场测量现状的分析,根据焚烧炉工艺特性和可调谐二极管激光仪测量原理,提出在焚烧炉第二烟道入口处装设可调谐二极管激光仪进行焚烧炉烟气中O_(2)浓度测量,项目现场实际运行结果表明,采用可调谐二极管激光仪测量焚烧炉出口烟气中O_(2)浓度受环境影响小、测量精度高、响应速度快、运行稳定可靠。测量的结果有利于指导运行人员对焚烧炉的调整和控制,更好的指导生产。 It is necessary to detect the O_(2) concentration in real time during the operation of the incinerator in domestic waste incineration power plant.At present,the in-line oxygen sensor commonly used in the industry will have problems such as inaccurate measurement results,delayed measurement,instrument calibration trouble and poor calibration linearity.In this paper,based on the principle of in-line oxygen sensor measurement and the analysis of the current situation of field measurement,according to the process characteristics of the incinerator and the measurement principle of the tunable diode laser,it is proposed to install a tunable diode laser instrument at the entrance of the second flue of the incinerator to measure the O_(2) concentration in the flue gas of the incinerator.The practical operation results of the project showed that using the tunable diode laser to measure the concentration of O_(2) in flue gas of incinerator outlet is less affected by environment,with high measurement accuracy,fast response speed and stable and reliable operation.The measurement results is helpful to guide the operators to adjust and control the incinerator,and better guide the production.
