摘要
文章通过构建一个由制造商、零售商与需求市场组成的三级供应链博弈模型,考察在政府不同补贴强度下,惩罚成本、消费者对绿色技术投入的关切程度、绿色技术投入水平对均衡状态的影响,尤其探讨了政府补贴强度的最优范围。结果表明:政府补贴对供应链绿色技术投入水平、消费者剩余、零售商利润、制造商利润均产生正相关作用,对产品批发价产生负相关作用;政府补贴强度与制造商利润呈凹函数关系,可确定恰当的补贴强度区间和最优点。在最优补贴点之前,企业利润与产量增长较快;在最优点上企业对政府的每一单位补贴均实现补贴资金的最大利用率,称为有效补贴;继续补贴,企业利润与产量依旧保持增长,但增速较缓;与未补贴相比,政府补贴可以提高社会福利和供应链的整体绩效,但过度补贴会导致资金利用率下降,造成无效补贴。
By constructing a three-level supply chain operation game model composed of manufacturer,retailer and demand market,this paper studies the influence of punishment cost,consumer's concern for green technology investment and green technology investment level on the equilibrium state under different government subsidy intensity,especially discusses the optimal range of government subsidy intensity.The results show that:(1)government subsidy has a positive correlation with the level of green technology input,consumer surplus,retailer profit and manufacturer profit,and has a negative correlation with the wholesale price of products;(2)government subsidy iantensity is a concave function with manufacturer profit,which can determine the appropriate subsidy intensity range and the best advantage.Before the optimal subsidy point,the profit and output of the enterprise increase rapidly;on the best,the subsidy of the enterprise to each unit of the government achieves the maximum utilization rate of the subsidy fund,which is called effective subsidy;if the subsidy continues,the profit and output of the enterprise still keep increasing,but the growth rate is relatively slow;(3)compared with the non-subsidy situation,the government subsidy can improve the social welfare and the overall performance of the supply chain,but excessive subsidy will lead to the decrease of fund utilization rate,resulting in invalid subsidy.
