摘要
二维过渡金属碳(氮或碳氮)化物MXene自2011年首次报道以来,凭借其独特的层状结构、出色的物理化学性质和可设计的表面官能团特性,被广泛应用在储能、传感、电磁屏蔽等多个领域。同时,MXene具备的优良导电性、亲水性、机械柔性及丰富可调的表面化学特性,使其日益受到柔性与印刷电子领域的关注。本文从MXene的制备、物理与化学特性及其在储能、传感、电磁屏蔽等方面的应用研究三个方面,系统综述了MXene在柔性与印刷电子领域中的研究进展,并对其所面临的挑战和发展趋势进行了展望。
Since the two-dimensional transition metal carbon(nitrogen or carbonitride)compound MXene was first reported in 2011,it has been widely used in various fields such as energy storage,sensing,electromagnetic shielding and so on with its unique layered structure,excellent physical and chemical properties as well as designable surface functional group characteristics.Meanwhile,due to the excellent electrical conductivity,hydrophilicity,mechanical flexibility as well as its rich and adjustable surface chemical properties,MXene has attracted increasing attention in the field of flexibility and printed electronics(FPE).In this paper,the research progress of MXene in the field of flexible and printed electronics was systematically reviewed focusing on the following three aspects:its preparation,physical and chemical properties,and its application in energy storage,sensing and electromagnetic shielding.The challenges and development trends of MXene in FPE were also prospected.
