不同质量分数耐摩擦助剂对柔印表印水性油墨的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为有效提高柔印表印水性油墨的耐摩擦性能,本研究将耐摩擦助剂DC51添加到柔印表印水性油墨中,探究不同质量分数耐摩擦助剂对水性油墨性能的影响,并求得最佳值。通过实验,对油墨黏度、细度、流平性、附着性、热稳定性及耐摩擦性等性能进行测试,测试结果显示,加入0%~1%(质量分数)的DC51对柔印表印水性油墨的黏度和细度不会产生影响,但当含量大于1%(质量分数),其细度、黏度明显增加且热稳定性变差;加入DC51能显著提高柔印表印水性油墨的耐摩擦、耐划伤及耐揉搓性能,满足印刷品的实际需求;但对其流平及附着性能影响不明显。综合考虑各性能后确定DC51最佳添加量为1%(质量分数)。 In order to effectively improve the friction resistance of flexographic surface printing water-based ink,the friction resistant additives DC51 was added to the water-based ink,and the influence of different mass fraction additives and its optimal value was explored.The results showed that the addition of 0%~1%DC51 has no effect on the viscosity and fineness of water-based ink,but when the content is more than 1%,the fineness and viscosity increase significantly and the thermal stability becomes poor.The addition of DC51 can significantly improve the friction resistance,scratch resistance and rubbing resistance of the ink to meet the actual needs of printing products.It has no effect on its leveling and adhesion properties.The best addition of DC51 is 1%.
