摘要
本研究将硅酸钙/阳离子淀粉表面施胶于箱纸板和瓦楞纸板上,以提高其物理性能。箱纸板表面施胶后,当硅酸钙含量为3g时,与空白样相比箱纸板的纵向耐折度提升了188%,横向耐折度达提高了46%,纵向挺度提高了635%,横向挺度提高了509%;同时,箱纸板的环压强度、抗张强度和耐破度都有所提高;瓦楞纸板表面施胶后,当硅酸钙含量为3g时,瓦楞纸板的垂直楞方向压痕线耐折次数提高了231%,平行楞方向压痕线耐折次数提升了772%,边压强度和耐破度也都有所提升。实验表明,硅酸钙/阳离子淀粉表面施胶瓦楞纸板,可明显提高其物理性能,尤其是耐折性能有大幅度提高,对解决瓦楞纸箱生产企业“爆线”问题提供了新思路。
In this study,calcium silicate and cationic starch were pigmented surface sizing on linerboard and corrugated board to improve their physical properties.Compared with the blank sample,when the calcium silicate content was 3g,the longitudinal folding resistance of the linerboard increased by 188%,the horizontal folding resistance increased by 46%,the longitudinal stiffness increased by 635%,the horizontal stiffness improved by 509%,and at the same time it could improve the ring compression strength,tensile strength and burst resistance of the linerboard.When the calcium silicate content was 3g,fold resistance times of vertical corrugated direction increased by 231%,fold resistance times of parallel corrugated direction increased by 772%,edge pressure strength and bursting strength also improved.Calcium silicate/cationic starch surface sizing corrugated board could significantly improve the physical properties,especially the folding resistance,and it provides new ideas for solving the“explosion”for corrugated box manufacturers.
