成膜温度对聚氨酯薄膜性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和1,6-己二醇(HDO)为硬段,聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)为软段,采用流延的方式制备聚氨酯(Polyurethan,PU)膜。通过红外光谱、X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对PU膜进行测试表征,并系统研究了成膜温度对PU膜力学性能、水接触角、透明度和阻隔性的影响。结果表明:随着成膜温度的升高,PU膜的力学性能先变好后变差,水接触角先增大后减小,透氧透湿系数先下降后上升,阻隔性先增大后降低;PU膜的微相分离程度随着成膜温度的升高逐渐增大,结晶性也进一步增强,透明度逐渐降低。当成膜温度为60℃时,PU膜的综合性能较好。 In this study,hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and 1,6-hexanediol(HDO)were used as the hard segment,and polycarbonate diol(PCDL)was used as the soft segment.The polyurethan(PU)film was prepared by casting.The PU film was tested and characterized by infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy,and the effect of film formation temperature on the mechanical properties,water contact angle,transparency and barrier properties of PU film was systematically studied.The results showed that with the increase of the film formation temperature,the mechanical properties of the PU film first improve and then become worse,the water contact angle first increases and then decreases,the oxygen and moisture permeability coefficient first decrease and then increase,and the barrier properties first become better and then decrease;the degree of microphase separation of PU film gradually increases with the increase of film formation temperature,crystallinity is further enhanced,and transparency is gradually reduced.When the film forming temperature is 60°C,the overall performance of the PU film is better.
