This paper sorted out and summarized the financial and statistical survey data on the environmental service industry of Guangdong in 2019,the survey data on the basic situation of key enterprises in the environmental protection industry in Guangdong in 2019,as well as the data on A-share listed,overseas listed and NEEQ-listed environmental protection companies in Guangdong;then this paper expounded the current situation of talent team construction of the environmental protection industry in Guangdong Province,explored the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures and recommendations.
