摘要
网络问答平台为公众获取知识与交流信息提供了良好的渠道。文章旨在构建一种基于问答平台的用户对特定领域信息需求的测度方法,以掌握公众对相关问题的理解,发现知识获取的障碍与不足。研究依托中文问答平台百度知道,以反恐怖主义领域为例,勾勒反恐信息需求的主题框架及热度、演化特征,融合回答与提问的客观和主观相关性评估各类需求被满足程度,并结合需求度与满足度来分析实验结果。研究发现公众反恐信息需求呈主题多样化特征,事实型信息需求的被满足程度最好。研究结果有助于评估反恐信息服务与知识科普的供需关系和实际效果,分析框架可有效支持问答平台用户的信息需求挖掘,为优质的信息服务提供数据与决策支持。
The Online Q&A platform provides a good channel for the public to acquire knowledge and exchange information.This paper aims to construct a method to measure users'demands for information in specific fields based on the Q&A platform,so as to grasp the public's understanding of relevant issues and find out the obstacles and deficiencies of knowledge acquisition.Based on Baidu Knows and taking the field of counter-terrorism as an example,the research outlined the topic,heat and evolution characteristics of the counter-terrorism information needs.The objective and subjective correlations between answers and questions were integrated to evaluate the satisfaction degree of needs.The experimental results were finally analyzed combining the degree of information needs and their satisfaction.It is found that the themes of the public's counter-terrorism information needs are diversified and the fact-based information needs are the best satisfied.The findings can help evaluate the supply-need relationship and actual effect of counter-terrorism information service and knowledge popularization.The analysis framework can effectively support the mining for users’information needs on Q&A platform,and provide data and decision support for high-quality information services.
