人工智能背景下教师转型之路探析

摘要 当前数字化、智能化的大环境正一步步颠覆我们日常生活的方方面面。在教育领域,人工智能与教师的深度融合亦是大势所趋。但是一些研究者在其研究中指出人工智能可以取代教师的绝大部分工作,由此引发一些悲观主义教师的焦虑与恐慌。文章廓清人工智能时代教育的四大新面貌:教育回归育人本质;教育既立足当下又面向未来;人工智能辅助教与学;终身学习、全民学习成为常态,提出新的教育面貌下教师的转型之路:教书匠向教书育人者转型、传统思维型教师向将来思维型教师转型、单一素养型教师向多元素养型教师转型、封闭型学校教师向社区开放型教师转型。 Currently,the digital and intelligent environment is gradually subverting all aspects of our daily life.In the field of education,the deep integration of artificial intelligence and teachers is also the general trend.However,some researchers pointed out in their research that artificial intelligence can replace most of teachers'work,which caused some pessimistic teachers'anxiety and panic.This paper clarifies the four new features of education in the era of artificial intelligence:education returns to the essence;education is based on the present and facing the future;artificial intelligence assists teaching and learning;lifelong learning and national learning become the norm,and puts forward the transformation road of teacher:the transformation from tutors to educators,from traditional thinking teachers to future thinking teachers,from single quality teachers to multi-quality teachers,and from closed school teachers to community open teachers.
