社会支持对中小学体育教师工作投入影响研究--以心理资本为中介

Research on the Influence of Social Support on the Work Input of PE Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools--Taking Psychological Capital as Intermediary

摘要 从锻炼心理学视域了解当代中小学体育教师在社会支持、心理资本、工作投入三者间相互影响与交互作用,以四川师范大学体育学院参加国培项目368名中小学体育教师为研究对象进行问卷调查。研究结果表明中小学体育教师支持利用率、客观支持水平较低,但总社会支持水平处于中等程度;社会支持各个维度受到了学校性质、教师年龄、教龄、地域等因素较大正向影响,差异性显著;工作投入受到社会支持直接作用;心理资本在二者间起到部分中介调节作用。为了使中小学体育教师工作投入水平得到提升,各级政府、教育主管部门要改善中小学体育教师薪资待遇,优化整合体育设施设备资源,更新人才培育观念,调适教师从教心态,提升社会支持利用水平。 From the perspective of exercise psychology,this paper analyzes the interaction among social support,psychological capital and work input of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 368 primary and secondary physical education teachers who participated in the national physical education program of Sichuan Normal University.The results show that the utilization rate and objective support level of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools are relatively low,but the total social support level is in a medium level;all dimensions of social support are positively affected by school nature,age of teachers,teaching age,region and other factors,with significant differences;work input is directly affected by social support;psychological capital plays a part of intermediary regulation between them.In order to improve the work input level of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,governments at all levels and competent education departments should improve the pay of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,optimize the integration of sports facilities and equipment,update the concept of talent cultivation,adjust the psychology of teaching,and improve the level of social support and utilization.
